The BEST Almond Bread Recipe

Whether you are just starting out gluten free, or have been making the transition for a while, one thing is for certain, sometimes you just feel like some bread!

This recipe was passed to us by a friend, and with a few practices and variations we have perfected a delicious loaf!


2 Cups Almond Meal

2/3 Cup Arrowroot flour

2 Tbs Linseed Meal

1 Tbs Chia seeds

1Tsp Bi-Carb Soda

3 Free Range Eggs

1/4 Cup Coconut Milk

1 Tbl Pure Maple Syrup (optional)

1/4 Cup Coconut Oil

1Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Optional: Add a handful of seeds/crushed nuts if you like a crunchy bread.


Mix dry ingredients together in one bowl and whisk the wet ingredients together in another. Combine both wet and dry mixes together and pour into a greased loaf tin. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 30 mins at 180c or until cooked through.
